Beyond my own work as a carpenter, designer and artist, I support people and companies in the development of their products and projects.
This can involve classic product development - typically in the context of wood - from design and prototyping to production planning. In a broader sense, however, it can also be any support related to branding and brand management as well as digitalization topics - graphics, text, web, infrastructure, processes.
I'm acting as a consultant, trailblazer and sparring partner who accelerates things, points them in sensible directions and helps to avoid dead ends. This allows you to keep the focus on the relevant issues and reach your goal better and faster.
In addition to advisory support, I also offer the actual implementation of aspects such as copywriting, graphics, website, infrastructure and process planning if required.
Apart from the many years as a cabinetmaker and furniture restorer, more than 15 years of professional experience as a computer scientist and engineer in the field of software and product development, product management and marketing are a wealth of experience. Equally valuable is my involvement with innovation development strategies, which I deal with intensively as the head of an AI research and development lab.
