Ein kurzer Exkurs in die Keramik hat Spuren hinterlassen. Das Resultat ist ein Espressobecher, den ich in kleiner Auflage handwerklich anfertige.

Die achteckigen Becher aus Steinzeug sind dünnwandig ausgeführt, ihre sehr schöne violett-blau gesprenkelte Glasur kontrastiert die strenge Geometrie - und die Größe reicht auch für einen Doppio.

Ursprünglich für Kaffee gedacht, ist er aber auch für Sake oder hochwertige Spirituosen bestens geeignet.

Besonders freut mich die Zusammenarbeit mit Suzanne Bühler von Purkeramik, von der die außergewöhnliche Glasur kommt.

A brief excursion into ceramics has left its traces. The result is an espresso cup that I'm crafting manually in small editions of about 50 pieces.

The octagonal stoneware cups are thin-walled and covered with a beautiful purple-blue speckled glaze, which contrasts perfectly with the strict geometry. As for the size, the cup is still large enough for a doppio.

Originally intended for coffee, it is also ideal for sake or high-quality liquors.

I am particularly pleased about the collaboration with Suzanne Bühler from Purkeramik, who created the extraordinary glaze.
